More than 30 facilities run along the Riverfront Public Park and the two internal parks of Zones B and C. The centrepiece is the 8-hectare Marina Club complex with its marina, resort pool and the Elyse Clubhouse, home to a Japanese-style Onsen.

Elyse Clubhouse includes an Onsen Spa & Ganbanyoku (hot-stone bathing) area — a signature of partner NNR (Nishi Nippon Railroad), a Japanese urban developer founded in 1908. Four stones are featured:
