Elyse Island master plan
Elyse Island covers 45 hectares along 1.5 km of river frontage on the south-western shore of Đại Phước Island. Building density is 35%; the entire riverside strip is kept as a public park, with the villa clusters set behind it and divided into zones.

Riverfront Public Park — the river edge kept as parkland
Instead of selling plots right at the water’s edge, the best riverside land is given to the Riverfront Public Park with 21 facilities, linking the marina, Elyse Clubhouse and the riverside plaza. Zones C and B each add their own internal park (12 and 8 facilities). See Amenities for details.
