Address under the new administrative boundaries
Since 1 July 2025, following Vietnam’s reorganisation of administrative units (Resolution 1662/NQ-UBTVQH15), the former communes of Phú Hữu, Phú Đông, Phước Khánh and Đại Phước in the former Nhơn Trạch District have been merged into Đại Phước Commune, Đồng Nai Province. The project is therefore now written as Đại Phước Commune (formerly Nhơn Trạch District), Đồng Nai Province; many older documents and listings still say “Đại Phước, Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai”.
The project’s legal name is Paragon Đại Phước Urban Area; Elyse Island is the marketing name of its villa component in the Legacy Collection.

Nhơn Trạch infrastructure
The developer’s project presentation (December 2025) highlights the regional infrastructure running through Nhơn Trạch. Two links were already in operation before sales opened:
- Nhơn Trạch Bridge (part of HCMC Ring Road 3) — technically opened to traffic on 27 April 2025, connecting Nhơn Trạch directly with Thủ Đức City.
- Bến Lức — Long Thành Expressway — the Đồng Nai section technically opened on 19 April 2025 and entered commercial operation on 28 April 2025.
- Long Thành International Airport — the “infrastructure heart” of the eastern region, about 20 minutes from the project according to the developer.
Other routes under construction have target completion dates that may change; we do not use them as the basis for the travel times above.
The Đại Phước Island ecosystem
Elyse Island occupies 45 hectares along the south-western shore of the island. The rest of the island township is planned for supporting uses:
- Taekwang Jeongsan Golf & Country Club — 18 holes, par 72, 7,295 yards; owned by the Taekwang Group (Korea) and designed by Ronald W. Fream.
- Singapore International School — a 2.5-hectare campus for up to 1,500 students, offering an international programme to Singapore & Cambridge standards or a bilingual programme.
- Victoria Preschool, a commercial area, hotel & resort, offices, an entertainment zone, a tourism zone and The Hammock Glamping.
